Milica Radovic Mandic Bio

Milica Radovic Mandic is an educator, event organizer, and ecosystem builder working at the intersection of psychedelic education, harm reduction, mental health, and community building. She holds an MSc in Psychology from the UK, with academic work focused on psilocybin related attitudes, personality traits, and mental health research.

She is the founder of Psilocybin San Francisco, an educational platform focused on psilocybin education, risk awareness, harm reduction, and integration frameworks, and Bizdelics, a resource hub for the psychedelic ecosystem. Milica organizes conferences, courses, and community events, and provides tools and support for professionals working in the field.

She hosts the Psychedelic Pillow Talk Podcast and is the creator and co organizer of Global Psychedelic Week, a worldwide initiative connecting leaders, professionals, organizations, and communities across the psychedelic ecosystem.

An experienced event manager with over 10 years of experience, Milica has a track record that includes a successful company exit. She also held a TED license for six years, organizing TEDx events and building community around ideas, education, and public dialogue. During her travels to more than 70 countries, Milica has volunteered across international communities and developed a deep interest in human connection, service, and cross cultural understanding. Proficient in five languages, she is passionate about the role of community in shaping mental health, education, and social innovation.

Currently based in San Francisco with her husband and toddler son, Milica explores the social, scientific, ethical, and educational questions surrounding psychedelics and their role in mental health, community, and human development.
